Through Global Bridgeâ„¢, we offer customized accelerator programs to entrepreneurs outside the U.S., and connect them with the resources and connections we have built in the U.S.
We are also able to make our global connections available to our U.S.-based customers. Entrepreneurs in our portfolio receive valuable one-on-one assistance from industry and domain experts and use our tools to create their own roadmap to commercial success.
The entrepreneur is the driver of innovative technology ideas, while governments, foundations and other institutions are the key funders of these ideas, especially at the earliest stages of their development. We partner with these entities to develop customized Global Bridgeâ„¢ cycles. In doing so, we offer these client-partners across the world policy guidance on setting up commercialization accelerator programs, institutionalizing innovation in their countries and building support networks locally that can continue these efforts long after our program cycle in those countries has ended.

Because of Larta, I've grown from an innovator to the president of a public company. Larta showed me how to take my innovation and fly to the moon with it.

Larta’s Global Bridge™ accelerator program has assisted 21 International Partnerships including 240 Entrepreneurs served outside the United States.
Innovation is global — something we learned almost as soon we opened our doors as a California-centric enterprise, working with the State at a time of economic turmoil. Three years later we were global. We understood then and understand even more today that to be innovative, you need to be globally aware. To be globally aware, you need to be open to ideas and expertise available around the world. Today, Larta is a global company with strong roots in the U.S., the most innovative country in the world.
Starting in 1997, we sought to build a network in developing our global awareness and to serve global ideas and to serve these ideas with global expertise. The result is a robust and well-regarded cornerstone of Larta’s international presence, Global Bridge™; an umbrella under which we engage with overseas partners, clients, and connections.
We plan to continue our outreach and support more countries and entrepreneurs in the future.

About The National Agency for Research and Innovation (ANII)
Agencia Nacional de Investigación e Innovación (ANII)
The National Agency for Research and Innovation (ANII) is a government entity that promotes research and the application of new knowledge to the productive and social reality of Uruguay. ANII makes funds available to the public for research projects, national and international postgraduate scholarships and incentive programs for innovative culture and entrepreneurship, both in the private and public sectors.
ANII developed the National System of Researchers, a program of economic incentives for national researchers categorized based on a strict evaluation system. He also created the Timbó Portal, which allows free access to all kinds of scientific publications from around the world for all Uruguayans.
The ANII works as a mechanism for articulation and coordination between the actors involved in the development of knowledge, research and innovation.

Because Larta is a network-centric organization, they are as strong as their network, and what's more, they are very generous with their network...their network is in play and at the disposal of the SBIR companies in attendance.
