Los Angeles, CA — Our hearts go out to everyone affected by the devastating fires across Los Angeles.

This region is no stranger to both the generosity and force of nature. While it offers us great bounty, it also reminds us of its immense and often devastating power. These moments underscore the need for stronger community resilience, adaptation, and preparedness. Crises are with us or around the corner.

This tragedy is a stark reminder of the urgency to address the vulnerabilities in our natural environment and the systems we rely on. At Larta, we reaffirm our commitment to accelerating solutions in nature preservation & repair, food, water & energy systems, and equitable, healthy & resilient communities.

To our fellow Angelenos, we stand in solidarity with you during this time of immense loss and hardship and as we rebuild and rebound from this disaster, as we have collectively done for over two centuries.
