Andrew Eil is a climate change policy, markets, and technology domain expert turned angel investor and deal scout focused on adaptation & resilience, ecosystem services, insurance, minerals extraction/processing, materials recycling/upcycling, fossil fuel transition strategies, water infrastructure, and methane & refrigerant abatement. From early 2022 until November 2024, Andrew led the climate risk advisory practice in North America at TCS, where he advised banks, insurance carriers, and other financial institutions on managing climate-related financial risk and pursuing strategic investment opportunities. From 2018 until the end of 2021, Andrew was one of four partner-owners of Climate Finance Advisors, a boutique consulting firm. He is currently a venture advisor for Anthropocene Ventures, a deal scout for Alumni Ventures, and a mentor for Third Derivative, a deeptech climate VC incubator.
