Heal.LA’s Bioscience & Healthcare Accelerator Program is committed to nurturing and scaling innovations that positively impact the health and wellness of communities in the Los Angeles region. The six-month accelerator program — which is free to participate in for aspiring entrepreneurs — offers a unique combination of connections, resources, and funding opportunities. The Heal.LA program is backed by Larta’s proven methodologies and world-class experts from the life sciences industry.
Program Overview
Commercialization Assistance Program for startups who have a science & technology to benefit underserved communities in the LA County region.
Heal.LA’s accelerator is designed to identify, nurture and scale biosciences healthcare in SoCal. The program is designed to help accelerate the market readiness (partnering and investment) of aspiring & underserved entrepreneurs in the Los Angeles region.
Who's Eligible?
BioScience & Healthcare researchers and startups who are developing science & technology innovation that can benefit the greater LA region; early-stage startups pre-seed to series A.
Funding
Free to selected applicants.
Sponsored by the State of California Governor’s Office of Small Business & Economic Development, U.S. Small Business Association (SBA), Wells Fargo, and Gilead Sciences.
