Program Overview

Larta Institute’s early-stage funding accelerator programs are designed to quickly match a promising idea with strategic funding.

The programs are small and focused intensive 8-week cohorts – the objective is to prepare the startup to be investment ready, and then pitch to & negotiate with curated angel, seed, or Series-A  investors from Larta’s ecosystem.

Any startup/alumni who has participated in a Larta program

No cost to participate, but cohorts are selective

Average of 8-12 hours per week

Refine your Investment Objectives & Pitch

Work with Larta’s team of experts and mentors to rapidly  review, refine, and finalize your investment objectives,  strategy, plan, and pitch. Identify the best-fit investors to align to your vision and needs.

Prepare your Dataroom and Readiness

Ensure everything is ready to talk to investors.

Meet with carefully curated investors from Larta’s ecosystem who are matched to your opportunity.

Negotiate Terms

The program’s objective is to move quickly towards a  consortium of investors, term sheet, and deal.
