As a Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving and managing our initiatives and programs aimed at fostering innovation with a strong focus on creating positive impact, in alignment with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. Our diverse range of programs, including Venture Fellows, Heal.LA, and Larta Ventures, develop and support solutions that address pressing global challenges while championing sustainable business practices. Your responsibilities will extend to bridging the gap between innovative ideas and real-world impact, guiding program participants through their innovation journeys, and nurturing the growth of socially and environmentally responsible solutions. Your disciplined program management, stakeholder engagement, ecosystem-building, and human-centered design thinking skills will be instrumental in achieving, measuring, and reporting goals. Given our ongoing launch of new impact-centric initiatives, this role demands creativity, adaptability, resilience, and innovation to navigate rapid evolution and changes successfully.

Employment Status: Exempt

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000

Location: Hybrid, part-time office attendance in Los Angeles, CA
